Shipping Policy

At Dad Strength Fitness, every piece is made to order — printed and prepared just for you when you place your order. That means a little extra care up front and a product built to last. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing time (made to order)

Because each item is produced on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time. Orders are produced Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping times (United States)

Once produced, your order ships via USPS or a comparable carrier. Estimated delivery after production:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can add time.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping is a flat standard rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises after you order.
  • Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Orders with multiple items

Some products — including the Dad Strength Starter Kit — are produced at different facilities and may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You're never charged extra for split shipments. Each package has its own tracking.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If a package arrives in multiple shipments, you'll get a separate tracking number for each. Don't see it? Check your spam folder, then email us.

Holiday & gift deadlines

For seasonal gifting (such as Father's Day), order by the cutoff date posted on our site to allow for production and shipping. Orders placed after the cutoff may arrive after the holiday — when in doubt, a Dad Strength Gift Card delivers instantly by email.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's produced and shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; a reshipping fee may apply.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For packages lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
