Refund policy

We stand behind every Dad Strength piece. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it. Here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Our guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange on eligible items. We want you reppin' Dad Strength with confidence.

Return conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with any tags attached
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear

A note on made-to-order items

Our apparel is printed on demand specifically for you, so we can't restock returned items. We review returns case by case and are glad to help with sizing exchanges and any quality issue (see below). For these reasons, we're unable to accept returns simply due to a change of mind on personalized or final-sale items.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If your order arrives flawed, damaged, or incorrect, that's on us — no return shipping required. Email info@dadstrengthfitness.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund, your choice.

Exchanges (sizing)

Need a different size? Email us to start an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Once we confirm your new size, we'll arrange the replacement. For size/fit exchanges, the customer covers return shipping; we cover shipping on the replacement going out. (Check our size guide on each product page before ordering to get it right the first time.)

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email info@dadstrengthfitness.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with approval and return instructions (don't ship anything back before you hear from us).
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we pay — no cost to you.
  • Size exchange or eligible change-of-mind return: the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear. We'll email you when your refund is on the way.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards (non-refundable)
  • Items marked final sale or clearance
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Free or promotional items

Order changes & cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, please request any change or cancellation within 12 hours of ordering. After production begins, we may not be able to make changes — but reach out and we'll do our best.
