America 250 Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Dad Strength Fitness ("Sponsor"), dadstrengthfitness.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins June 25, 2026 and ends July 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted outside this window will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

Submit your email address via the official entry form on dadstrengthfitness.com or through the Sponsor's Instagram (@dadstrengthfitnessco) automated entry. This is your base entry (one per person). You may earn additional entries by: (a) sharing the official giveaway post to your Instagram story, and (b) tagging friends in the comments of the official giveaway post (each tag counts as one additional entry). Bonus entries are reviewed and verified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All entrants will be added to the Sponsor's email list and may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $250 Dad Strength Fitness digital gift card. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The gift card is redeemable only at dadstrengthfitness.com.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about July 5, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the giveaway and for marketing communications, which entrants may opt out of at any time.

8. Instagram Release

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this giveaway.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.
